Swimming: has anyone used Earol Swim (with tea tree oil)?

I swim twice a week, for 50 minutes each time, but recently ended up with an ear infection, which required medication. (Dexamethasone spray).

It's cleared up now, thankfully. The pharmacy also recommended Earol, but I'm not entirely convinced of this, and wonder if straightforward ear plugs might be better?

Any feedback gratefully received.

Hi I swim four times a week and I use ear plugs. I haven’t had an ear infection cross fingers ! Finding the right ones is key - I use speedo but you may have to try a couple of brands to see what works for you.
