I assume the implication is that all women (in rugby, anyway) currently play in men's boots? Doesn't seem great; everyone knows men and women's feet are quie a different shape. But women have been playing football and rugby (both codes) for a long time now. Have boot manfacturers and designers really been that slow to tap a growing market?
