In a way got lucky with how the draw fell and being the other side but sometimes luck is all you need...stranger things happened also. Teams won in the past no one expected it so maybe....

I don’t think we will get hammered by Spain, if we play positively and like we did in the first half. We are second favourites but we are more than capable of beating them.

If we need a goal on Sunday, Gareth needs to act earlier. We are better when the subs come on, each and every time. It didn’t matter today; but leaving it till 80 minutes was too late.

I actually feel quietly confident about Sunday…

Why is Gareth leaving the subs SO late? What difference does 10 minutes earlier make. Especially when it has so clearly gone stale. They boys off the bench come on and are desperate for it.

We def got lucky with the side of draw we ended up on, in the sense the traditionally harder to beat teams were all on the other side, but I don’t think any of them have played that well. Although if we’d got Portugal say, not sure we would have beat them!

It will really be interesting to see the set up on Sunday. I think a lot of the younger players seem really hungry the last few matches so hopefully they can pull it off!
