Yes the Gillingham games off due to a frozen pitch so I'm watching. Been a decent first half, enjoyed the first 2 quick goals. Croatia have been the better team and deserve the lead going into the break.

Morroco were good, but lacked in the final third. It was right that Croatia won.

I don't know why they bother with the 3rd place game. Both sets of players just want to go home after losing the semi-finals.

I have to confess, I'm a little worried about the final. Given the state of some of the refereeing, I'm worried that FIFA are desperate to give it to their cash cow Messi.

I hope that I'm wrong, and it's a fair game, won by some genius on whichever side, but it comes to something when you don't expect the World Cup Final to be fair...

I was really surprised by the commitment of both teams today. They were both clearly desperate to win.
If the final is as good we're in for a treat but I also worry about the impartiality of officials. Fifa started this whole journey embroiled in corruption and I'm sure they're wanting an Argentina/Messi World Cup win...

Just watching highlights. We all had our concerns, reservations and views on Qatar. But. What a great World Cup this has been.

Blimey, I wasn’t sure about picking Di Maria to start, but he won the pen and just scored to boot! Pen was soft but that was a really well worked second goal.
