Will I be able to watch the champions League final at home, ie free to air?

I'm confused, it seems to suggest I can watch it on the app but does that mean I'll have to watch it on my phone?

bt sport usually stream it on youtube free

You can watch it on BT Sport on YouTube for free. If you have a smart TV the YouTube app will be on that
