What is your take on the announcement earlier today from the IOC that has said that athletes from both Russia and Belarus will be allowed to compete in the Paralympic Games due to start in the next few days?

They will have to compete as neutral athletes and I don't think they will appear on the medals table but they will be allowed to compete.

Wow! I've got a case of a whiplash injury here!!!

less than 24 hours later they are now being refused permission to compete in the Paralympic games.

(I have just spotted that I mentioned the IOC in the original message. That should have been the IPC. Apologies for any confusion caused by this typo).
