It happened in 2016 for the first time when they increased the number of teams to 24 (from 16)

I wonder if the players are suffering from lack of practice (due to COVID)?

Many league games have been like that too, I am sure covid is the reason. Guess it has been a long season.

There definitely seems to be a bit of rust on all the players.

Some of the matches should have been great (looking at France V Germany) and its all about anti climatic.
