For cricket enthusiasts -- here is a thread to discuss the ongoing England-India cricket matches! It's great that live cricket is back on free-to-air television (Channel 4).

So do I. I don't care which nations either, it was just great to see Test cricket again.

Hopefully the England vs India test series coming up in August will be on free-to-air TV! But before that, the World Test Championship final will take place between India and NZ at Southampton -- looking forward to it.

I hope Sachin is recovered enough to watch that.

Anyone following the England-India women's Test? I was also looking forward to the NZ-India World Test Final but day 1 has been called off due to rain.

I was so disappointed about India v NZ today. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Lots of England vs India test cricket happening from now till mid-September (5 matches!). First test happening now with England batting first, but probably people are more interested to watch the Olympics this week...

Today's test match action is intense! Joe Root's superb century has given England solid hope for taking the lead -- this looks to be a very closely balanced match.

Well, that was a big comeback from India! Definitely didn't think they'd have 300+ runs on the board by the end of play today.

No. It was all going so well for England up to the first 100 runs.....

Always find it amazing that they can get play after all those puddles in the outfield at lunchtime.
