I would like to start a new sport. Please give me any recommendations. I'm early 40s and not particularly fit.
As a child I played table tennis but would not return to that as it is not the workout that I would like. I have done netball and rounders as a child, both of which I loved. I occasionally go cycling, running, skiing, and do yoga twice a week.
I would prefer a social sport so that I am relied upon to attend, otherwise I find I am not motivated and I won't go!
I thought football would be a good choice but I am a complete beginner and I cannot find anywhere that would take me...
I live in Swansea, South Wales - by the beach - so water sports are a possibility.
