11yo ds went to running club last week and did something to his foot on the final lap. It felt OK after that, but hurt by the time he got home.
It's still sore to weight bear - he has to walk on his heel. He gets shooting/throbbing pains through it. It's sore when he bends his toes up or points them down - along the top of his foot.
Have strapped it and rested it this weekend, but it's no better.
It's not swollen or hot at all. What should I do? Osteopath?? chiropracter??
He's very fit and does a lot of sports so I'd really like to get this sorted...
