Best running spikes for cross country running?

DS (10) enjoys cross-country and needs a pair of spikes.

Can anyone recommend any? We have seen adidas allrounders and a hi-tec pair so far - there doesn't seem to be loads of choice. Thanks!

Just wondered if you ever found any as I am in the same position as you and can’t find any anywhere! Not sure where everyone gets theirs from!

We got dd's from a local running shop- I don't think the shoe actually matters they usually come with track length spikes and you buy extra sets to put in. The extra sets are only about £2.

Also might be worth checking on your club's website/Facebook page, there will probably be someone who is selling a pair.
