Where to advertise a house with parking for a yacht

Hi,

Does anybody know where would be the best place to advertise a house for sale, if the house has off-street parking for a 15' yacht? I don't sail, so don't know where yacht owners do classified ads.

The house is in the west of Scotland. It has belting good views too.

It's got to be a yacht really. The space is 15' long but it's shaped like an elongated half circle to fit a yacht and the house is in a yachting neighbourhood near to lots of marinas. There isn't much money in the area at the moment though, so I thought it might be worth advertising further afield.

Having said that, it has off-street parking for two cars, so could also accommodate a tank.

15 foot isn't a yacht it is a dinghy. Yachts are over 20 feet at least
