Good-quality sports swimming costume for a size 16/18

Hi, I'm looking for recommendations. I need to replace my old swimming costume but can't find anything decent.

My old cossie is a racer-back, dark navy 'serious' swimsuit - for swimming in, not for general beachwear. I've had it for several years now and it's worn really well.

I want something similar (I'd buy exactly the same again if I could find it) but all the cossies I've looked at have really thin, cheap material OR they're not available in a large enough size.

I also wonder whether it might be better to get a costume with extra boob support - some kind of internal crop top.

I'm beflummoxed by the array of swimwear out there and after a depressing experience ordering what looked like the perfect costume (when it arrived it was so sheer I absolutely had to send it back, to save everyone else in the pool's blushes) I am feeling v frustrated.

Can anyone recommend a good swimming costume ?!

I have two speedos, ordered directly from the speedo website, and find them perfect for swimming three times a week. I think their sizing is on the small side and tend to buy a size up but that would be my only complaint!

What brand is your current swimsuit, have you tried looking online for other suits by that brand?

Thanks for the recc. It's just a generic swimsuit I think, the label has worn off.
The swimsuit I ordered online was Speedo, didn't order direct from them though. It was just really thin, I didn't feel comfortable wearing it in the water. I need something a bit more robust Grin
