Athletes foot or Pompholyx?

I’ve had this a few times come up on the edge of my right foot. It does eventually go away with no treatment but wondering if this is athletes foot or pompholyx (eczema of the foot) It’s not overly itchy or sore but unsightly. Excuse the dead flaky skin on the edge of my feet too 😩

I have pompholyx which manifests itself in small water filled blisters, so quite different from athletes foots. theres no photo on your post though..

Pompholyx is itchy. Deeply itchy. DS treated his as athlete’s foot and it improved a lot. Mine didn’t.

My pompholyx isn't particularly itchy. I use Margaret Dabbs foot hygiene cream on it which helps, especially with the dry, flakiness as it heals up.

I have pompholyx and it is so itchy!! And can be sore, I get open sores on my feet from it. Weirdly only have it on one foot.
