Wtf is this on my inner arm. I thought it was a freckle but not it’s sore and itchy. Will dr send me away laughing. Looks like a nipple!’

Definitely looks like a seborrheic keratosis.

I had one that looked exactly like this, I went to the GP and was referred to a specialist and they confirmed it as a seborrhoeic keratosis.

They confirmed it was a harmful lesion. Always best getting checked out though.
