Advice needed - think Ive got a boil on the outside of my vulva, near the inner thigh

...and it hurts like hell, and Im working today. Live abroad, no pharmacies open today. Full disclosure Im very hairy, plus Ive got a bad back so can't easily get into position to photograph/ do much.
I can try a hot flannel later - should I attempt to pluck the hair its growing around?

could be a Bartholin cyst, mine resolved itself but wasn’t painful. Have you tried a hot bath

I had a boil in this area. It was growing over the course of a few days but I was working away so couldn’t really access healthcare. I ended up in absolute agony, taken to out of hours gp surgery for antibiotics. It finally burst a few days later. Don’t ignore it if it continues to grow and get worse.

I often get lumps in this area. They always burst before they get too bad. Heat definitely encourages them to go

I cant easily get into a bath so Im trying a hot flannel.
