Scalp scab

I wish I'd taken a pic of the scab now as it came off all in one.
Anyway skin picker here, and every few years I get a spot on my scalp and I pick it and it ends up being a rather large crater in my scalp. First pic is after I picked the scab off whole, second pic was yesterday and still scabbing up

Scab update. Unfortunately I picked it but it wasn't a full scab so now I have to wait for it to heal up again. Also I've had to cut my nails.
