Cysts or what?

I have to hard white lumps on my vulva. I used to be able to squeeze them and get stuff out but now they are kinda hard and I can't get anything out of them.

What could they be please?

I get things on my face like that, like underground spots that are too deep to squeeze. I get a needle and just break the skin and they come out as a lump of hard pus. I wouldn't like to use a pin where yours are though.
