Not too sporny really but no one else wants to look at it and I have had this thing for 17 years!! Finally beating the bastard!!

Still some work to do but I can tell I am going to win this time for sure!

I’m not into seeing sporner stuff myself but I wanted to congratulate you on persisting to get rid of your verruca. It can be a long battle and 17yrs is remarkably long!

I can slightly sympathise as my DD had one on the bottom of her foot that grew in instead of out and it took over a year of me treating it daily to fully get rid of it.

How are you getting rid
,
Can't tell if mine is a corn or a verruca!

Sunshineandrainbow · 09/08/2025 09:22

Ouch that looks sore

Soonenough · 09/08/2025 09:22

Wow. I had no idea they could get that big . It must be such a relief to have it gone .

Geneticsbunny · 09/08/2025 09:26

I had one for ages and got rid of it by totally ignoring it and just giving myself a pedicure and foot soak once a week for a coupe of months.

KaitlynnFairchild · 09/08/2025 09:51

I am cutting at it with a dermaplane knife and using saylic acid every day.

You have to be so persistent with them don’t you!

I think you have gotten to the point you don’t need the knife anymore and using the salicylic acid on the roots will finish the job. It’s looking loads better.

The knife is the fun part though! I have been enjoying this more than I thought I would it’s been so satisfying.

When my kids have had them I’ve had success picking them out with tweezers after they’ve soaked in the bath and it’s all open so you can see the roots

Bloody hell that's huge. I'm working on one at the moment. Persistent buggers aren't they.
