Do I Need To Go Back

I had an infected pilar cyst drained 2 weeks ago (antibiotics too) It's been leaking a bit but yesterday seemed worse. I got my dd to take a picture this morning and it looks like it has a big hole in it. Not sure if I need to go back or if I should put a dressing on and leave it alone?

That should have had the sac removing at the time - you need a dermatologist referral - once they remove the sac it won’t come back and should be stitched up properly

It might need packing so it heals from the bottom up, instead of the skin closing over and any infection sealing in.

You don’t need a Derm referral, they will have removed the sac when removing it.
