Help - from nose! Pic warning

Hi, had sore throat/fever/congestion bug but seem to be getting over it. Sinuses very blocked but blowing nose yields nothing. Sneezed and felt movement inside my face. Almost like a pop? So I blew my nose hard to see if I could shift mucus and this came out! What is it? It doesn’t feel like ‘snot’ it’s very bodily tissue in its texture. Still blocked although could feel release when it came out.

Does it smell bad?

Bet the relief is immense after getting that out of your sinus! No idea what you'd call it but it looks on par with a decidual cast 😅

Possibilities are fungal infection matter or Possibility a polyp.

Looks like nasal polyps to me. I too have had the joy of expelling such a delight.

It just looks like a mucus plug from your sinuses.

Saline spray can help clear them out and make them less uncomfortable.
