Spot?boil?

How do I deal with this? Sore to touch obviously but fine otherwise

Hot flannel, bit of a squeeze and crack it wide open. Enjoy!

Squeeze it, with clean hands

My fingers are itching just from looking at it!

I would knock the top off with a clean fingernail and then push down on the skin around it rather than squeeze - causes less damage.
Its not a boil by the looks of it, just a small zit
