Just coughed up this tonsil stone, cotton bud for scale. I do get them occasionally bug gargling with saltwater seems to bring them up 🤢 I saw the dentist today and coughed this one up after brushing my teeth tonight so his prodding must have done something 😂

Yeah was stinky 🤢 I have had a cold for weeks so think that’s why it accumulated !
