Spot on lady bits

So as well as having a skin tag on my bum, I’ve just discovered a spot or something down next to my lady bits. I think it’s maybe a blocked gland and only found it as it felt sore when I wiped. Had a hot bath yesterday and there was a tiny little head which I obviously squeezed. Not much came out and now it’s sore.

I haven’t got much to hand except TCP and sudocrem so what is best to do ladies?
I can order magnesium sulphate paste online but is it ok to use down there? What about Epsom salt baths? I’m not overly worried. It’s not getting any bigger and I feel fine but it’s irritating where it is.

OP I get these from time to time, I just soak them in the bath and give them a gentle squeeze. The pop is quite satisfying. I don't put any products on it as my skin is sensitive at the best of times

You can make mag sulph paste using Epsom salts and water.
Sudocreme is soothing after it's popped.

I had something similar recently .Just dabbed tcp on and had some warm ( not too hot baths ) cleared up within a few days
