When I was showering yesterday I noticed a painful lump at the entrance to my vag that hadn’t been there the day before. Panicking it was a bartholin cyst I managed to get a gp appointment today before it got any bigger and I wasn’t able to sit or walk. I wasn’t able to see it, only feel it. The poor woman found it and declared it a boil and said it had two heads and she thought it would burst and to keep up the hot flannels which I did and it went this evening with a very satisfying and surprisingly solid lump.
I think she might have been a sporner because she was giving it a squeeze to try and encourage it and then apologised and looked quite perky when she talked about it popping.
