Under skin spots

Sorry to disappoint, there's no pictures but wondering if anyone can shed any light.

For a long period of time (I'm talking decades) I've had these under skin blackheads with no head on them in between my boobs.

There are loads of the little blighters and they are very unsightly. I am a small chested woman so nothing to do with boobs rubbing together.

I don't know why I've never thought to get them treated but does anyone know where someone in my predicament would look to get them removed / lanced etc. I think it's time I finally did something about them.

I've tried to squeeze them to no avail.

I realised in hindsight there needs to be a pic of this so here they are in all their glory. You can't really see as it's dark but they all have a black head under the skin.

Could they be steatacystomas. They're different to most blackheads as they contain oil rather than sebum. Mr popzit does some really educational videos about them on YouTube.

Another possibility are vellus hair cysts again Mr Popzit has some.
