Infected?

Does this look infected? I cut my finger 10 days ago and this is how it looks now. Is the black because it's healing from the inside out? (Here's hoping).

It is infected I think from the redness but the black is more concerning. I self harm so I'm fairly on it with wound care and I've never had one look like that. I'd get it looked at.

Draw a circle around the redness and keep an eye to see if the redness grows outwith the line.
