My time with breastfeeding is up though, so I will never know if it lactates as well 😂

My guess would be a sting if it suddenly appeared and there is nothing coming out if you squeeze it, and its not hot and angry which would indicate an infection. Assuming you've tried squeezing and a hot compress as its on Sporner Corner. Try some Anthisan cream? it wont hurt and might help.
