Please see attached photo of a huge hard lump in between my boobs, it's red and sore and smells a bit cheesy, but no head on it yet, what can I do???

Think you'll need someone to take a look at that, but for tonight take a soak in a hot bath with Epsom salts if you have any?

Thanks @MeinKraft I've no Epsom salts but did put a cold green tea bag on it, it's sore 😞

Can’t offer any advice, but that looks really painful. Hope a head appears soon.
