What?

I get these lumps on my lip almost constantly, they are hard to burst (though this one looks riper than most) and by the time they've died down I usually have another one. Prime placements are here, or right hand near corner, or top left near cupids bow.

I know it looks like a white head but it won't burst. Previously I've popped a needle in which has helped but can't be good to do all the time!

I don't think they're cold sores - no tingling or scabbing - but Google will only give me that answer.

Any ideas?

Sorry OP but it looks exactly like a cold sore. I get a lot of them and it's a typical appearance. They don't always tingle and/or scab.

I do wonder if it is, as I almost always have one somewhere. But every medical description/ picture is of a cluster of blisters.

Anyway in update, it had a much smaller white head this morning but I messed with it anyway, cue blood and a red shiny lump now for the day 🤦🏼‍♀️

In my experience (unfortunately extensive) you can either get one lump or a cluster.

It looks like a milia. Rare but you can get them in on your lip.

I get those all the time too OP!! Usually by Cupid's bow and pretty much always on the same side. Get cold sores too and these feel very different!

Looks like a milia; sterilise a needle or pin in some boiling water, make a tiny hole and gently squeeze. A bead-like white lump will pop out
