Ouch! I think with any burn on your hand you’re supposed to get it looked at. Plus that looks really deep. Do you have full feeling?

Go see a pharmacist. I did similar a bit further up my arm and the pharmacist was brilliant. Anything larger than 50p size though he told me should be seen by urgent care.

You need to go get that seen and properly dressed OP, you do not want it getting infected which it easily could.
