What are these?

Got about 6 of these little spots come up around a similar place on my arm in the last few days. They are itchy but not all the time. When the itching starts they get really red around them and become slightly bigger. They are also sore to touch. Any ideas what they are?

I’m thinking it looks like mollescum starting.

I agree. They look like Molloscum.
