Ear growing from eardrum

For years I've had a strange sensation in one ear when I ear certain frequencies.
Had a look and found a hair .

Well.. it should say hair not ear

Will you be able to get it out?

Is that your ear drum? I'm confused!

You might be a descendant of rodents they don’t like certain frequencies.

I have a gadget to look in my ears that connects to my phone.

Tweezers! Without the gadget thing, just try and grab it with the tweezers

You can’t have a hair growing from your ear drum. It doesn’t have hair follicles. That just looks like a random hair that’s fallen there. Why on Earth would it create odd frequencies too - ears are full of hairs

Actually doesn’t even look like a hair as it tapers at both ends

I did also find a sequin which I removed

I have kept an eye on it for a few weeks if not longer and it hasn't moved.

Oh goodness. I would go to one of those ear suctioning places to get it removed.

It could be a hair that's implanted itself, that's not impossible. I had a dog hair implant itself into the skin under one of my forearms!

Apart from the hair, that looks like a very clean ear !

Don’t pull something that you think is attached to your eardrum ffs! Imagine if you ripped it?
I’d try to get an appointment with an audiologist in your shoes OP.

Jesus no! I'm the biggest sporner out but no way would you put tweezers anywhere near your ear let alone the drum!! Take the photo to the GP and see what they say.
