Huge milia on baby cheek!

My beautiful baby girl has a massive milia on her cheek that is driving a self-confessed Grade A Sporner crazy! It's taunting me all day and night. I joke that it's her twin sister, subsumed in utero. I'm not going to do anything about it but.... what can I do about it?!
