Scratched this thing out of my shoulder

My shoulder has been ver itchy in a small area for ages and today I felt something there so I scratched as usual and this came out! Any idea what it is? It is not the first one like it! A hair?

My tablet doesn't seem to take sharper close ups. The edges of The Thing are smooth.

I have just looked that up, but I don't know what it looked like because it was on the back part of the shoulder. But it could be.

When I was early teens I had to have something surgically dug out of my bcg scar. It turned out to be a little clear sort of shoot with a black dot in one end. Has anyone had one of these?
I’ve always wondered about it. I guess it was some sort of hair weirdness, but it really looked like a creature.

I've had these before, where they look like super thick hair with a protective white coating. They are multiple hairs all growing together in a mess but looks like a single big fibre. Once they come out, then it didn't reoccur. I've had it about 5 times in 20 years.
