Oooooooh! I've done it a few times, it's lush. Managed to burrow a tunnel under my old skin with my finger, it was the best thing that's ever happened.

Have you tried Flexitol Heel Balm with 25% urea. It's amazing stuff. I use to get dreadful bleeding cracks in my heels then I started using it and literally within 24 hours my feet started looking and feeling better.

Dramatic as the effects of Footner appear I'd use Flexitol if you have thick dry cracking skin on your feet.

Oh my god I’ve always been way too terrified of doing one of these, I don’t really have an issue with hard skin but I know it would still strip loads of old skin off anyway - but I would not be able to resist the picking and I’d end up with bleeding feet 😭
