Sudocreme instead of Mag Sulph?

I've had this spot on back of my calf for a couple of days just in awkward place where its hard to see.
It was tender and inflamed at first but yesterday felt better.
Tonight it's tender again so I've just contorted myself to look at it.
Fuck me, it's horrid.
Instead of the expected yellow pimple top, it's got THREE HEADS and looks like an alien!

Should it poltice it?
Warm or hot?
Or slather it on sudocreme in the absence of Mag Sulph and slap a dressing on it?

I came here expecting sudocreme to be THE answer. Have had a beautiful groin abscess/boil/cyst thingy for over two years, the mag sulphate is not working.

Sudocreme and mag sulph do different things though.

I don't think Sudocreme would have the same glorious pus sucking effect as mag sulph.

I've taken a photo but it doesn't look a nasty as it should!

Back again!
I have taken photos every day but they don't look anything like the real thing...
It got bigger and redder but it's settled down a bit today but it's still got 3 "heads".
They aren't yellowy and pus- filled, more purple-ish.

I've got some Mag Sulph paste.
How long do I leave it on for, Sporners?

Have you gone down the hot baths/hot flannels route?
