PLEASE HELP ABSCESS looks crazy! (Be warned!)

Help. Had this abscess below my c section line for weeks. On my second course of antibiotics. Today it appears to have blown up and broken the top layer of skin! It also is bright red like blood near the line.

excuse my language but it looks like a bell end!

I don’t know what to do! Do I have a hot salt bath? Go to the walk in clinic? Wait until Monday to ring GP?

Have you tried a hot flannel and a bit of a prod to see if it will erupt?

Warm salt bath, looks like it's on its way out after the antibiotics.
