I have a huge spot for on labia, it's so big and feels like there is a small marble under my skin. It has no head on it and the skin is just smooth... slightly shiny. I can't see an ingrown hair in it but I don't know.

I've had it about a week now, it's not going down, hurts to sit down and walk, and my clothes rub. It isn't going away and sufocrem, hot compresses and gentle squeezing haven't helped.

What can I do? It's very sore but I don't want to get it looked at unless I absolutely have to.

I wondered if it is a bartholin cyst but it's not immediately next to the entrance, further round on my labia

Mag sulphate paste should bring to a head if it's a cyst or spot

Thank you. Do I get that in the pharmacy? Just smother it in that?

I get these and they're always ingrown hairs. The last doctor I visited suggested hydrocortisone cream or similar, which worked for me

It sounds like a bartolins gland cyst yes.

You might need antibiotics.

I had one once so I know the agony you must be in. Mine burst of its own accord when I was in bed one night. The relief was immense but my god I've never smelled anything like it before or since. It was like a decomposing mammal

It sounds very similar to Hidragenitis supparativa spots on labia. I would call GP as depending on the size it might require antibiotics orally.
I personally in a “squeeze after hot bath” camp but I know it can be tricky.

I have three of these small bumps. They are cysts.. Doctor says its actually quite common. Mine don't hurt though so you might want to get it checked out. Doctor won't do anything because they aren't growing or painful. One seems to be finally going down after 3 months.
