What the hell is this hole in my foot?

Evening all,
Is this a healing verucca? I had what I thought was a callus about a month ago. After about a week it had little black dots on it so I’ve kept it covered with zinc oxide tape. Now there’s a bloody hole in my foot about 1cm wide.
Pics 1 & 2 taken Weds, pic 3 taken today… I just want it to go away 😭

At least you've had it looked at and hopefully the swab will reveal if it needs treatment other than you have already been given.

How is it doing? Hope the cream is helping.
