Hell yes! When I had tonsillitis I had actual white stripes of gunk across my throat.

As long as your on anti biotics then let's have at it! And get well soon, it's grotty isn't it.

Ah go on then. I had the most brutal bout of tonsillitis last year and my tonsils looked disgusting I kept taking photos and sending them to my squeamish mother just to annoy her....

I did prod one of them and decided not to as it was so sore! I have 8 antibiotics a day and soluble cocodamol

Is there a mini epidemic of tonsillitis? My 2 have it, 2 colleages have it, and have heard of lots of other cases.

I'm wondering how long before the antibiotics start working. Throat still covered in pus

I had tonsillitis with covid (on two occasions)- I then had it chronically to the point I had to have them out. My issues were definitely covid related so it could be because of that.
