Can anyone help?!

I have this on my breast.. at first I thought I growing hair but now I’m not sure.. it’s not painful but is a small lump. I do suffer with hair in my breasts 😔

That looks a little sore. Can you pop some antiseptic cream on it under a plaster and leave it a day?

I’ve been spraying with antiseptic spray although it doesn’t hurt.. I had been applying a warm compress because I thought it was an ingrowing hair but I now don’t think that’s what it is so don’t know what to do 😔

I would be squeezing it if it was me...
