I can't take it, is the big bulge in the last half cyst or the actually inner lobe anatomy being pulled out (not envy).

Honestly I did not get that far… but I thought you guys would appreciate it!

I looked at it and thought “this really does not look like something you should be doing in your salon”, yikes. I hope they numbed it somehow before just hacking it open!

It's the epithelial lining of the cyst. It needed to be cut out otherwise it would just fill up again.

That was glorious....at the start. But then I just kept thinking where's the pain relief!!

@WideDyedAndLegless I get the anatomy of a cyst, it was something about it that made me wonder if they'd gone further than the cyst. Like imagining perhaps they'd cut away the camera because they had to stuff the innards back into the lobe. It's the first cyst video to ever make me feel queasy and I've seen some awful ones over the years.

It did look sometimes as if they were trying to pull the ear inside out.
