Wow, that really was a lot. And yes WTF is the black stuff?

If I understand the comments on YT correctly, the expressed gunk is sebum (oil produced by the sebaceous glands), stained with melanin, which produces the different colours in our skin and hair (made by melanocytes).

Not too keen on the 'technique'!

What on earth is even going on with the arm in the first place, let alone with the black stuff? 🤢
