Red welts, now a head

My 7 yo has quite sensitive skin. She has developed red welts in a few places. I have been keeping an eye, they haven't increased in number. Some seem to be fading. Then this happened. I need a docs appointment, don't i? I am worried about staph.

Has she had chicken pox?

Probably. She had what looked like a mild case of chicken pox, but about a month later all her toenails fell off whihc is more common with hand foot ans mouth.
Its not itchy so dont think it is the pox

Looks like molluscum.

I thought that but the one on her chest was definitely a pimple of some sort. It had popped this morning and the redness gone down.

Are the spots clear or yellow when they first appear?
If it's clear it could be molluscum

Only one on her torso developrd a spot. It was like a pimple with a tiny pus filled, creamy coloured head, which had popped by this morning (i swear to god i didnt touch it)

Yes another vote for molluscum. They have a little white ‘seed’ inside them
