Weird v sore spot things

Hello.
So I noticed this am my for arm was sore if it touched anything
Noticed a few spots appear.
These aren't normal acne type spots.
I feel fine so I don't think shingles.
And not fluid filled.
Any ideas you clever sporners types.?
The odd thing is how sore they are.

Should add I'm a hypochondriac!

Looks like a common or garden plook to me- they can be very painful when they rub against fabric - I get a tiny one on the inside of my knee periodically and it's amazing how sensitive they are.

Have you got someone who can get at it for you?

Plook? It looks like a zit that hasn't formed a head, a hot flannel should help

Plook = zit, spot etc.

Sometimes they sit in really irritating places, just on top of a nerve ending.
