But why? Why would you even know that wire cutters (which is what they look like to me; either that or those big toe nail clipper type things) were an appropriate tool for that particular "job" - and what the hell are those worms coming out of the skin? They don't look like blackheads to me.

Assuming it's a couple in the video, how did this even take place?
