Was a work charity thing. I run a bit so thought I would be ok, how wrong was I!

I've chopped half my nail off the white one now and neither hurt now, but it stank!🤢

Well done on your walk then! Hopefully give your feet a pampering but I have a feeling your nail might take a while to heal.
