Horrific, and I bet they got an infection after them poking around with an unsterile instrument repeatedly under their skin.

Because @Bettyboop3 they are using the same tool all over the surface of the skin and then poked it under the skin. Even if it had been sterile initially, it certainly wasn’t sterile after touching the skin multiple times.

Oh good god, that technique is horrific.

Was anyone else wanting to
a) shout “just go for the one at 5 o’clock and squeeze the other way!”
b) boak at how deep they indiscriminately stuck that instrument in?
