Well, after believing from online reviews this was painless, it turns out that getting a PEANUT M&M sized lump of hard wax out was not that painless after all. I was so traumatised I forgot to take a picture. But wow, just wow. And ouch.

Oh no! I'm considering this - did you soften with olive oil beforehand ?

I could have done more. It's not supposed to hurt so much but my ear was really sore from where the wax had been impacted.
